NO RETURNS, OF ANY TYPE, WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A “RMA” NUMBER.
Before returning any item, you must email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 20 days of your invoice.
Please email [email protected]. for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Include your order number and a reason for the return with your request.
The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. All items must be sent via UPS, FedEx or U.S. Mail. All items must be fully insured.
All items must be received within 7 days of issuing a RMA number. Any item not received within that time will be refused and no refund will be issued. All items must be returned freight pre-paid. No CODs will be accepted. All items must be in “new” condition, in original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Refunds can take up to 5 -7 days to be issued, from the date they are returned. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or a partial credit being issued.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund freight charges.
